AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING MACHINE MULTI LINE

This DGT multi-line palletizing machine is equipped with two KUKA KR-180 palletizing robots, each of which is used for palletizing of heavy boxes with liquids. One robot palletizes jugs in boxes, while the other palletizes boxes with wind-shield washer fluid. The palletizing station for wind-shield washer fluid is equipped with a vision system which verifies the bottom of each box for possible leaks, and rejects the load based on that verification. The palletizers are equipped with a pallet conveyor system which handles pallets from several palletizing stations, including a station for manual pail palletizing, all through a centralized conveyorized turn-table which streamlines all products towards a DGT Automatic Pallet Wrapper.
