DGT Solutions robotic palletizing machines handle and stack cases, bags, drums, pails and other packaged products according to programmed pallet patterns. Vacuum, mechanical, fork or custom tooling provides the gripping method required for each application.
Single and dual-robot configurations can incorporate pallet magazines, automatic dispensing and suitable tooling for empty-pallet or slip-sheet handling. HMI controls support product selection and changeover, while integrated conveyors and stretch-wrapping equipment can extend the process through to wrapped pallet discharge.
Robotic handling, pallet supply and programmed stacking form the palletizing operation. Additional handling and wrapping equipment can extend the system.

The robot picks and transfers products using tooling matched to their geometry and handling requirements. Vacuum, mechanical, fork and custom gripping arrangements serve different products.

Empty pallets are held in a magazine for dispensing and robotic handling. The magazine is replenished manually or with a forklift, with the dispensing arrangement selected around the cell layout.

A suitably configured robot tool can place separator sheets between product layers. This adds sheet handling to the palletizing operation where the load requires it.

An integrated rotary conveyor presents the completed load to the stretch-wrapping system. Film is applied around the pallet, then pinched and cut before discharge.
