AUTOMATIC LIQUID FILLING & CAPPING MACHINE

This heavy-duty, high-performance DGT Automatic Liquid Filling & Capping Monoblock machine is built on a central star-wheel indexer and equipped with two SCARA-type KUKA robots for precision handling. The filling process is performed with a servo-controlled peristaltic pump, while cap placement includes a pre-spin stage followed by a servo-controlled chuck that allows for precise torque value adjustments directly on the HMI. Widely adjustable for various container shapes and fluid types, this integrated system is available with an optional wrap-around labeling machine on the output conveyor to deliver a complete, seamless packaging workflow from start to finish.
