AUTOMATIC DRUM PALLETIZING MACHINE

This is a heavy-duty Pallet Dispensing, Palletizing and Pallet Wrapping machine, built for a production area with low available floorspace. The machine is composed of an automatic pallet dispenser, placed on a mezzanine atop of a DGT Automatic Pallet Wrapper. Immediately adjacent to the wrapper is a DGT Automatic Palletizer Machine which is equipped with a fail-safe, heavy duty drum clamping gripper. This palletizer is built for 55gallon steel or plastic drums, where the drum is clamped by the top ring and placed atop of the pallet. The palletizing system is equipped with a built-in vision inspection station where the drum’s top cap presence is verified, and the drum is oriented with respect to the outer label position. This position is then used for palletizing with drum label always facing outwards.
