ROBOTIC CASE PACKING MACHINE

The DGT Robotic Case Packing Machine uses a robot with customized end-of-arm tooling to load bottles, cartons or containers into corrugated cases. A servo-controlled divider arranges incoming products into programmed lanes according to the required loading pattern. The integrated case former prepares cases, while a case-squaring system and flap-positioning actuators support accurate loading. Vacuum or mechanical grippers are selected to suit the product shape, loading orientation and handling requirements. The machine features a welded structural-steel frame, with SS304 stainless steel available as an option.
