DGT Solutions case packing machines automate the grouping and loading of products into corrugated shipping cases. Systems can combine product infeed, lane dividing, accumulation, case forming, pick-and-place loading and final sealing within one packaging operation.
Product-specific grippers provide controlled transfer into prepared cases, which are then closed and sealed with adhesive tape or hot-melt glue. Conventional and robotic handling arrangements are configured around the product presentation, packing pattern and production-line layout.

The pick & place system transfers products from the accumulator into the prepared case. Depending on production requirements, the ACPM can be equipped with a high-speed rotary system, a linear traverser, or a robotic arm solution.
Once products have been loaded, the integrated case sealer automatically folds and seals the box for further processing. This station is equipped with ergonomic width and height adjustment of box management features.
