AUTOMATIC CASE PACKING MACHINE FOR CARTONS

The DGT Automatic Case Packing Machine for Cartons groups and loads finished cartons into corrugated shipping cases. Incoming cartons separate into lanes and accumulate according to the specified packing pattern. Rotary grippers matched to the product geometry pick up the group and place it into an erected case. Integrated case forming, flap closing and sealing bring the secondary packaging process together in one system. Tooling and format adjustments accommodate the specified carton dimensions, with adhesive tape or hot melt sealing selected for the application.
