ROTARY CONTAINER CAPPING MACHINE

This DGT Rotary Container Capping Machine RCCM-60 is built for high-speed cap application and re-torque onto gallon-type containers. This machine is equipped with a main processing conveyor where the containers are supplied in a single file, pitch metering feed screw which is mechanically synchronized with the machine’s star-wheels, in-feed star-wheel, main turret and output star-wheel. The caps are supplied with a waterfall type cap elevator. This machine is optimized for processing of caps with Safe-T-Tab child-lock. The cap tightening is performed with mechanically adjustable magnetic grippers.
