PALLET HANDLING SYSTEMS

DGT Pallet Handling Systems automate pallet dispensing, conveying and orientation throughout the packaging line. The equipment combines pallet magazines, conveyors and conveyorized turntables, configured to suit the production layout and handling requirements.

Empty pallets are loaded into a magazine manually or by forklift, then automatically dispensed for robotic handling or transfer to the palletizing station. Bidirectional chain conveyors move pallets between stations, while conveyorized turntables provide controlled positioning and changes in direction. Dispensing units are available in floor-mounted, conveyor-mounted or mezzanine-mounted arrangements. Depending on the application, the system can incorporate robotic slip-sheet placement and transfer of completed pallet loads to stretch wrapping equipment.
