FLAT BOX FEEDER MACHINE

The DGT Flat Box Feeder Machine is built to perform flat corrugated cardboard box separation from a bundle/stack and presentation on a flat-top conveyor belt at a continuous speed and repeatable cadence. The machine is equipped with a widely adjustable box stack magazine and adjustable box release roller, to accommodate a wide variety of box sizes. The box stack is supported with two conveyor belts, which are mechanically synchronized with the two output conveyor belts at a reduced ratio. This arrangement allows to evacuate the bottom box from the stack and create separation between boxes as they are transferred onto a faster moving conveyor surface. This system is built to accommodate a wide variety of printing, labeling or print & apply equipment above the output conveyor. The spacing between conveyors is organized to accommodate a wide variety of trigger sensors and allow for their linear position adjustments to control the print/labeling trigger.
