AUTOMATIC PALLET WRAPPER MACHINE

The DGT Automatic Pallet Wrapper Machine APWM-20 is a heavy-duty pallet wrapper system which is built to perform film pre-stretch and application onto pallets of varying sizes. This system is equipped with a vertical carriage mast which displaces the film unwinder vertically. The pallet height detection is performed automatically with a sensor. The film un-wind and pre-stretch is performed with a mechanically synchronized system to a 250% stretch ratio (standard). The carriage is supported with heavy duty chains and guided on pillow-block type bearings. The conveyorized turn table is a heavy-duty construction that uses a triple chain arrangement for pallet displacement, and a safe-to-walk on steel surface between the chains for ease of operator access. The rotation is achieved with a servo motor, and the conveyorized turn table is supported with a heavy-duty slewing bearing.
