AUTOMATIC PAIL LABELING MACHINE

This heavy-duty, high-performance DGT Pail Labeling Machine is specially configured for the precise application of labels onto tapered plastic pails. The system is equipped with a specialized tapered prism-type wrap-around mechanism and an intelligent pail handle detection system that automatically orients each container prior to application. To match the pail's precise slope, the integrated premium HERMA label dispensing head is mounted on a fully adjustable inclined support structure. To ensure flawless adhesion on uneven pail surfaces, the dispenser features a high-suction vacuum conveyor belt that completely evacuates the label from its backing paper, allowing the label tail to move freely and adapt seamlessly as it wraps.
