This heavy-duty, high-performance DGT Robotic De-Palletizer Machine is a fully integrated, automated system designed by DGT to handle rapid, full-layer case unloading. Built with a heavy-duty, load-dispersing structural frame that eliminates the need for customer floor modifications, the machine features a DGT-built multi-functional gripper that seamlessly removes a full layer of product and a bottom-tray removal system allows for evacuation of the carton from underneath each layer. For maximum path accuracy and high payload capacity, the system utilizes a high-speed KUKA KR-180 robot as its core motion component to lift full product layers, remove empty pallets, and stack them automatically. Equipped with robust DGT pallet conveyors for continuous full-pallet feeding, this complete turnkey machine delivers a highly flexible and reliable solution for high-throughput warehouse workflows.
